Decide which space you wish to exhibit from by visiting the live exhibition showcase page on this website or by reviewing the information provided in Design Festa Gallery fliers. Also decide beforehand what rental equipment or optional additions you would like to reserve.

Potential exhibitors may apply via this website or at the East Building front counter.
※Depending upon schedule availability, show room reservations lasting longer than 3 days in duration can be booked as few as three days before your intended exhibition start date. Exhibitions lasting fewer than three days must be booked at least one month in advance for show room reservations and one week in advance for Art Piece Space reservations. Storage spaces on the 2nd and 3rd floor cannot be reserved without a separate exhibition room reservation.
Please note that balances must be paid in full upon application for exhibitions reserved between 3 days to a month prior to the intended exhibition date.
If reserving your exhibition in excess of a month prior to the intended exhibition date, please pay either half or all of your space reservation balance within one week of applying either in cash or via bank transfer.
Fees are to be paid in full at least one month prior to the start of the exhibition.
※Only balances in excess of \10,000 can be paid by credit card. Accepted credit cards are VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, JCB and Dinners.

After your payment has been processed you will be able to submit an advertisement featuring your exhibition to be listed on the online live exhibition showcase page
Please submit all relevant information via this form or by post to the East Building.
※Materials submitted to the gallery via post or in-person for your online feature cannot be returned to you.
All Design Festa Gallery exhibitors have the option of supplying both gallery buildings with direct mail pieces or fliers advertising their upcoming exhibition. Materials for use in advertising (maps, logos, etc) are available here for download.
Setup starts at 10am on the day of your exhibition, after you have checked in at the counter on the first floor of either gallery building.
At the close of the last day of your exhibition, any holes left in the walls will need to be filled in and the space returned to its original state. For this purpose, putty cement is available for rent from gallery counters for \300.
Approach any member of gallery staff before 8pm in order to have your exhibition area checked once you have completed clean up.
※A checkout extending past 8pm may be subject to a \3,000 fee.
